Country Inn & Suites By Carlson, Novi, MI at 21625 Haggerty Road, Novi, Michigan.

We stayed at this hotel last night. First of all, it was extremely reasonably priced. Second, the hotel is very well decorated, modern and clean. The room was spacious, clean and also very well decorated.

We got there about an hour after check in only to find our room wasn't ready. The front desk person made quick work of that issue by upgrading us to a better room and even took the time to put us up away from as much noise as possible.

The breakfast was actually very good, especially in comparison to other hotels we've stayed in.

We were very pleased with entire experience and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again, and recommend it to family and friends. Thank you all for an excellent job well done.
